I assumed that I got dust I was not entitled to, so I did not craft anything or otherwise use dust since the dust was granted.
I had about 1400 dust when all this started and after the fix I have exactly twenty dust.

I don’t currently play Standard and I only log in to play Arena’s if I feel like it. No one and I repeat, no one, said ‘I have never played Hearthstone in my life’.

Perhaps you should take more time to read what was actually said before replying with remarks you deem witty.
Again… you’re cooking up your own narrative. What I actually said, and I quote: ‘It sounds a little like you’re jealous that you weren’t smart enough to do the same as me’.
‘Sounds a little’… that’s it. It did sound a little like you were jealous because your initial argument wasn’t very strong.
You simply said ‘And you think not being able to craft anything for ages close to a rotation is not being in a worse position ?’ and then asserted it as some kind of truth.
To which I replied wasn’t the case at all. Judging by the fact that your argument wasn’t at all convincing (to me anyway) I inferred that you could have been a little jealous which is reasonable given the context (or lack thereof).
But good for you having a 100% complete collection and 148k dust.
On my actual main account I too have a full collection and some hundreds of thousands of dust. We have that in common.
Who said it was my main account? I have 6 different alt accounts that are all F2P and have their own cards to play with (you get a free deck when you pass the apprentice ranks).
Yes, I did play A LOT of Hearthstone in the past and even spent money on the game some years ago as I alluded to in another post of mine.
Here you assumed that the account in question is my main account when it’s not.
This being the case, the rest of your comment is irrelevant.
Again, I received the extra dust on 1 of my 6 F2P accounts. This means I did not ‘ruin the resources of my main account for a very long time’ and no ‘worst decision’ was made.
But thanks, I will do me.

I guess I’ll take this opportunity to say… I rest my case.
Again, I lost nothing and as it stands I gained another viable deck to play on my F2P alt account for free. There is still no negative dust but they did remove 100 or so dust that I didn’t use.
So far I came out very much ahead on my decision and it looks like everyone who did not spend their extra dust… simply lost thousands of dust.

Major error on the part of BLZ
They stopped the heal-up after the complaints started. They should award those who had recieved the dust already as many spent the dust they had thinking they had more in the bank.
If they dont give back the dust they gave out I will never buy another Microsoft product again.

First of all Microsoft will only own Blizzard in about 1 year and half like they said in their post they will continue to act independently until then.
Second they will spend $68.7 billion i dont think they give a damn about you never buying anything else .

You’re testifying to something I just claimed in my reply to ‘Bee’ (and his little forum clique). Does it really bother you all that much that I got a free deck and didn’t go negative dust?
A win’s a win man. You should be happy that some players won and Blizzard gave a bunch of free stuff away on accident… or do you support mega corporations more than your fellow peers?
Seems to be an odd reaction by ‘Bee’ and company. Just be happy dudes… there’s no need to try so hard to rain on our parade (those of us who spent the dust immediately).
If our fortune does bother you so much… yeah, that’s called jealousy/envy.
Something to which ‘Bee’ already claimed wasn’t the case but you all are making it harder to believe his denial when you keep trying so hard to convince me that I made a mistake… 
And all of you who ‘liked’ Bee’s reply… hey chin up. You’ll get the next freebie if you you act fast. Don’t be jealous… take it as a lesson for next time. 
Got 4k dust (2k twice, so it was bugged), log back on–all my dust gone, even the stuff i had before.

So the people that spent the 16k dust right away get to keep the cards and the people like me that didn’t spend it get all of it taken away.
Way to turn what could have been a good PR opportunity into an experience that makes everyone pissed off.

Are you sure everyone got the right amount of dust? I went from having a few thousand before the bonus, to only having 200 dust after the revert! This is terrible! I lost so much dust!

Yeah, this is terrible. I had around 4k, was given around 8k… and then reverted back to less than 1k:( What happened to the rest of my dust?!?
