Edit: Also got the two Ozumat ones, but my current attempts to get Ambassador Program have still been unsuccessful. May give up on that one and keep going…
I found “Abyssal Force” with Grace , avoiding early kills and later killing an Abyssal Warden.
im 38/40 but i don’t remember what im missing , and i get trolled becouse after so much time i don’t remember the boss that die before 0 hp , or suicide attacking with a weapon … lol
Looking at zulukiwi link , since one lorebook i think im missing is “Laws of Queen” i notice the video hint he posted , the video cleary shows the image of a scroll and not the image of a book , so that means it was " Laws of the Queen" , but in the board there is a Sir Finley , so i think the Grace Story hint is wrong or don’t mean to use Grace.
And i got multiple spawn of Prisoner Log that was not working , so the old video pretty sure spawn the Laws of Queen

I just cant get Ambassador Program to spawn. I don’t understand “later in the fight”. Been running it dozen of times now… Can somebody who has it clarify if there was some special way to trigger it or just very small drop rate. I even started to wonder if you first need to kill Enraged Wavelord to get “Dathril’s Unsent Letter” cos its pointed to Faelin who is Ambassador or something to get him reply back end of the fight when killing something? Sounds fishy I know 
Ambassador program and Law of the queen seems to still be bugged.
Thats means that players who didnt get to read those before they become bugged will be stucked at 39/40 as me! (Lorebooks are 41)
I will continue trying to get it if it triggers somehow ill let you know 
from the game data there are different instances of same lorebook

im not sure if this means the same lorebook count’s twice based on selected hero or if they duplicated it just to put an animation trigger when you are playng with Sir Finley

edit: what is strange is if i removed this duplicates there are no 40 lorebooks if we dont consider the 3 prologue ones
I’m not 100 sure BUT i was playing finley today and i think i was 30/40 then i started the fight many times by spawning Half-Digested Tome and Creatures of the Ancient Seas. This happened everytime when throwing hand away and starting the fight coining mech and hitting left or right 1/20 minion. Finally things started to change and I only got 1 book to spawn on my first turn and other book spawned from 2nd or 3rd turn. Not sure if that makes any difference but anyway when I finished this fight i was 33/40. I only got 2 books 1 each and maybe got 2x Creatures of the Ancient Seas 
were you using Sir Finley ?? mb he can found both but other can’t …
the finley pop-up i received after reading one of them is Finley : " Why, that’s written by Elise Starseeker! I’m chuffed to bits! "
Yes I was using Finley and that is exact message I got but during one game i only found 1 copy of Ancient Seas and 1 copy of Half-Digested… So not sure why it counts 2 findings this Ancient Seas I mean
Just a confirmation. I have just got the Abyssal forces from an abyssal warden (not sure of the name because I play in French) FYI i had delibertly not read the Zaindra orders lorebook that drop at the beginiing of the duel

the book spawns with Grace
at 22.19 he killed the parrot and mb grace notes spawned ( he did not read ) so grace notes or note’s from the crow’s nest
but later he did not found Grace notes part 2 … but found Ini’s Scribblings …
So is possible the triggers are the other books … ( if it is not bugged )
Fwiw I got Abyssal Forces after reading Zainra’s Orders earlier in the fight, so it’s unnecessary to go through all the trouble of not attacking earlier. I also got it off Abyssal Warden.
Wow, I got the achievement after all this time. Thanks to those who gave updates over the years(!!!).
Most of the “new” scrolls popped right out, but Meet the Mrrgltons came from Murgill, who didn’t spawn until fairly late in the fight.
So the situation is this: people that were stucked at 33/40 or 34/40 ( reading either ambassador program or law of the queen before they bugged) managed to hit 40/40 or 41/40.
People stucked at 32 now can read:
*Abyssal force
*Prisoner log
*Zin ashari crystal
*Meet the mrglton
*Grace notes part 2
*Half digested tome
*Creatures of the ancient seas
That means those people now can go to 39 but still missing the achievement.
We need either Ambassador program or Law of the queen to get to 40.
Last fight is pretty bugged atm. I’m playing Finley and after first boss when you get to choose between life steal or that cant target minion it instantly picks life steal and after this life steal mob explodes (big one) leaving that 1/4 minion and basically I cannot advance anymore till suddenly boss drops immune and i put his newly spawned minion down. Normally fight end when boss gets low enough but now it pretty soon after this starts dialog and ends the game for my win. One day I can maybe finish this one also
I’ve been testing stuff using Finley all day. One thing I can’t get spawn is “Amulets of Evenlar” all the time im getting “The Eternal Queen” clicking or not clicking it makes no difference. Was it not obtainable using Finley?
