When a game is barely going as is, where do they come up with terrible ideas like changing the weekly quest requirement to 15 wins?

OR, instead of uninstalling, we could all just go in every match and concede. See who can do it first. Give the other guy a win or they do it for you.
i love the change actually. this nets me more xp and gold overall as the normal ones could be completed easily.
