They “fixed” it in newest patch - you can now play some cards, after 3-4 it freezes again 
Hey Blizzard,
I would expect when you patch a game and fix bugs you would playtest stuff to see if it the bugs are really fixed. You guys supposed to be professional about things like this even though it is free content we are talking about.
I have the same issue with the cloning 5/5 game where the cards are not interacting correctly and makes it unplayable. This is still a problem and knowing Blizzard they won’t fix it smh.

I remained logged in on my laptop, and I then signed into the game through my phone. After quitting out on my phone, I logged back in on my laptop, and a button to exit popped up alongside the reconnecting message. I clicked it and the game quit. I started the game up again on the laptop and it jumped back to the main menu no problems.
Try that if you are able and it is still broken for you.
Stuck “Resuming…” reconnection after Mirror Stage 4 5/5 froze.
Can we please get an actual fix and a reply from Blizzard on this issue via the forums? Not asking a lot. Just to be able to play what I payed for.

same here - didn’t realize this was an issue until it was too late and googled this.
now i can’t even play hs at all, since it’s stuck on reconnecting / resuming a game…
why hasn’t this been resolved? why was this even a thing? how broken is this game?
I just stayed logged out for the day. When I opened up the game after like 20 hours, then I was able to play again. Just not the that Puzzle. I hope something happens, but its been like 8 months since we saw any acknowledgement of bugs.

This is Technical Specialist ***. and I wanted to follow up with you here.
We are aware of multiple reports of this happening and our QA teams are investigating. If you have not already done so I ask that you add your bug report to the bug report forums.
In the mean time if you get stuck trying to reconnect to match, logging out for about an hour on all devices should work to allow you to play other content normally again. I do not recommend attempting the puzzle lab content again until this issue can be addressed. We do not have an ETA on a solution. (I believe one fix was already applied but did not solve everything for everyone) hopefully they will have a more permanent solution soon.
So they seem to be looking at a fix.

I am not having the reconnection issue, but still cannot complete Zarek, Master Cloner 5/5.
When you play the give friendly minion charge card everything locks up and you have to restart client.

This is exactly what I am experiencing.
Had the issue with both was able to get past Lil’ Stormy since it happened as I won. But can’t get close to ending the Zerek game 
and still not 1 blue post on this issue… Blizz just gives us the middle finger… Sad… I don’t regret that i quit wow, Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm… Hearthstone is the only game i still play but thinking about quitting too…
LESSSSS GOOOOOOOOOO, ITS FINALLY WORKING. At least, Lil Stormy is, I finished 4/7 and now I’m on 5/7. I think the same can be safely said for Zerek. Thank you Blizzard!
