I have purchased a Death Knight Full deck on December but now they have disappeared without any reimbursement for the vanished cards. This experience leaves me feeling robbed, swindled.
Blizzard, your actions are deeply mishandled, reminiscent of EA’s wrongdoings. At least EA does not take my purchase away from me.
I suggest you to check server region which you are using… if you try to log on different server, you will not be able to use the same collection you had. Cards do not dissapear without a reason…
