I just came back and it looks like Prophet Velen was removed from the game? I was looking to put him in a deck and he does not appear in my collection or to be crafted.
Velen has been moved to the Hall of Fame and can only be used in Wild. You’ll find him if you check All Cards in your collection.

I does not appear anywhere for me and I do not know why. I have checked all sets and hall of fame with crafting and the card just doesnt appear.
have you unlocked DH so you have access to all of wild?

I did not realize you needed to unlock DH to access cards you already have, I have been playing wild without him for some time.
it’s an old bug that got reintroduced with a recent update
