I am having trouble connecting on my mobile. When I open the app. I cant get pass the loading screen. I already reinstalled it twice and still same thing
Hey, V25! I checked to see the specs a bit for your device. If it’s correct, do you happen to have a Samsung A50 with Android 10 installed? We saw similar issues before with the A70/A80/A9 devices. Here was the thread for that issue.
This was a certs issue which I don’t think the underlying cause within Android 10 for these specific devices were pushed a fix for.The workaround for this was the following if you could give it a try to see if it may help.
- Go to the Hearthstone and wait for 5 seconds at the tavern doors.
- Exit the Hearthstone, and clear the game cache.
- Go to the Hearthstone, wait another 2-3 seconds.
- Minimize the game and clear the game cache again.
- Go back into Hearthstone, wait a bit and it should let you back in.
If this seems to help, please let us know! We can reopen the tracking for this issue if it seems to have come back up again!

I’ve changed your thread title to see if we can get some more reports. In the mean time, can you clear your android application cache for hearthstone and restart your phone just to make sure it’s not a data cache error?
