Priest Menagerie VS. Primordial

The info listed comes from HSreplay.

Most of you hate Priest, some of you don’t.
Well to the ones, like me, that have made the class their primary class…

RANK BRONZE - GOLD
2 archtypes Menagerie and Primordial

Both are listed at 1,300 games, and to which both can have variations.
Primordial at 55.5% wr
Menagerie at 48.6% wr

Thats a 6.9% wr increase for the same # of games.
If you also look at Menagerie… you’ll see that most of the highest # games played at 26,000…
And the winrate for Mp at 26,000gp its win rate is only 50.6%.

This is interesting to me…
In that I wonder if there could be more to this archtype.
I’ve been rocking a variation of Primordial myself, my variant is a bit greedier than the listing, but fun none the less. The mirror of course can be bad.
I wonder what anyone else can do with it?

dont know the time table on your games.
but i feel there’s a difference if you play night or day what opponents
you meet,think its a age thing and what classes you meet.
i meet more control games at night and more agroo in the day time.
knowing what list the opponent plays is a huge difference in win %
i dont have the time to play and learn all the deck so i would probably be at a lower win % with the list´s you postet.
my point is there’s more to it than play x games and post a win.%

I fully understand that… I was just implying that their maybe more than meets the eye with the primordial priest. I could be wrong, I’ve been wrong b4. I have said in many of my posts that I’m still a work in progress, I’m still learning… this thread is a part of that, though sadly you are the only one to reply as I was hoping for more opinions… guess the priest hate really is that bad.

yes think you are right there a lot who dont like priest.
but sometimes all it takes is a few replyes like we are doing now
and a thread can take of.
think you need more lists cause those 2 are not that strong imo. heres a anti agroo,that can be even more anti agroo.

Thank you so much for these suggestions…
I’ll look over these lists, though one of my issues are the lack of cards in my collection.
I’ve finished the rewards track, so the only cards I get at this point is a pack here or there…

I try to look over my collection on HSreplay and use the info to select a pack I should get each time I get 100g. I don’t use my dust much, but I did craft one legendary, and that was C’thun…
I think I probably should have crafted N’thoth since I play priest.

It sucks because when I started playing HS again since way back in '14…
I chose DH since it was the new class… I didn’t like it for many reasons plus it was such a hated class.
I created a new account as Lucius primarily playing priest, and I’m again in the same boat as a hated class. Lol, I just can’t catch a break.

its just me missing seeing yogg played, but it would be fun to see yogg in the second list. I will say I don’t hate priest, I just don’t play it to give any advise on it. I use to play priest, but I have been having to much fun messing around with my hunter creation to really put much effort in other classes.

I think most of the priest hate is peer pressure. someone complained and lots of others followed suit and now, if you like priest you become the bad guy.

looks like priest gonna change next patch,so lets c if it gets some love that is less hated.
second list is the most fun imo.and just change it if you miss a card or 2.
but not the key cards,the plan is to use malygos to get more spells so you can activate c`tun faster.so those 2 are key cards.
so if you have malygos in hand b4 turn 9 dont be afraid to play aggressive and emty you hand.
