So you ban main counter to degenerate aggro decks, ban aggro cards, then we can play expension carts and have funā€¦
Most of them are unplayable becouse you die on turn 5-6.

I withdrew my deck and they didnā€™t refund my free tickets. Could someone please look into this? My account is Nocturno #2994

It would be fun to test the new cards, but Iā€™m not spending money on this game anymore, so Iā€™ll have to wait.

I can see a few more mentions of this and just to clarify you donā€™t automatically restart your run for free, but rather you get 2 free tickets added to your account. I checked up on cases reporting this and can confirm tickets were added correctly.

So feel free to restart the run whenever you get a chance, or hold on to the tickets for the future if you prefer :slight_smile:

I understand I am supposed to play the new stuff, but how can I do that? drop 300 gold for like 2 or max 3 packs(mostly 2), because you canā€™t really win without quests and elise. If you want us to play the new cards, give access to them, and not a paywall. Would have loved to try out some new things, or play with some of the cool old quests that are sadly a bit weak compared to the meta. Maybe next time.

Same here. I refunded as instructed, and now, if I try to start a new run I am asked to pay 2 tickets.

I retired my Quest DH run and was not refunded afaik. Will I get my tavern tickets back at a later moment?

Lol oh man, considering how much the quests get overshadowed in standard (outside of quest lock) this does not bode well for Across the Timeways if the quests are then overshadowing the new expansion cards in the brawlā€¦

My game is stuck on the rewards chest after losing 2 games and retiring my deck. Iā€™ve tried reinstalling to no availā€¦ every time I open tavern brawl, it just goes right back to the rewards animation and just stops. It has been like this for 3 daysā€¦ frankly, Iā€™m surprised hearthstone has failed to even realize that this is happeningā€¦ let alone actually fix it. This might be the moment I stop playing the gameā€¦ over something so freaking stupid.

There should have been an ingame pop up for this. Iā€™ve been playing quest mage because I didnt preorder and now I wasted 300 gold today because I donā€™t check the forums or reddit before logging in to play

I retired. Deck did not get refunded. I had the murloc quest in the deck though. New run costs 2 ticketsā€¦

Thatā€™s normal, Darlequin. Having your ticket refunded doesnā€™t mean that you will restart your run for free. You will get 2 free tickets added to your account, and use them for your next run. :slight_smile:

I retired as described, but I didnā€™t receive any ticket. The same day it also happened in arena and I didnā€™t get refunded. Will I get the tickets at a later moment?

I have a feeling the meta is not going to change when the expansion drops because of how powerful quest warlock is.

Iā€™ve the same issue but with Dreamplanner Zephrys is banned, making my arena deck invalid what should I do???
