Seriously, it’s so overpowered! The quest is incredibly easy to complete, and once completed it gives you more power than any other. The amount of power should be proportional to the difficulty of the quest. Mage got ripped off with one of the most difficult to complete and quite possibly the weakest power. Shaman got one of the easiest, and once it’s complete they’re practically unbeatable. I think I’ve beat quest shaman twice since uldum came out, no matter what deck I’m using, but not counting quest shaman matches I’m averaging better than 50% across all my decks. It’s ridiculous.
Nerf a tier 2 deck, because I can’t play around it
Shaman complete Quest
Shaman if turn 9 Swamp Queen Hagatha 4 spells =P turn all your future lackeys in legendary minions would be one spell.
I have a counter deck non Quest still battlecry that does well vs Quest Shaman. If I want to win games in casual I play that. Bomb Warrior won 7 straight then lost 3 straight.
Dude made a pro top thread the other day.

Kibler was about to be crushed in a game at rank 5 and then…
Lookie there! Back to back freeze all minions off of Quest Mage for zero cost. 2 free turns in a row and by mid to late game All Mages have Antonias. Fireball Fireball Fireball…win.
welcome to hearthstone with only infinite combo and one shot combo with no counter
My quest mage out-values Shaman pretty consistently.
This is coming from a non-competitive player. I don’t grind ladder extensively but I probably play 10 games a day between ladder and casual.
I did have high win rates with my quest shaman, but my quest mage just delivers insane value in card generation.
I will say this though, both decks can be pretty RNG. Quest Shaman can roll weaker lackeys that don’t deal with the board well and Quest mage has generated me “Book of Specters” or duplicates of irrelevant secrets quite a few times.
The quest is fine, you just want it nerfd because its fantastically awesome VS the one deck you really like right now.
I really suggest some of you guys go read my latest post on How to Rock, Paper, Scissors the Meta!
The real issue with hearthstone right now is NOT a Quest Shaman deck that I bet you couldn’t pilot, its Greed over Value! Hearthstone revolutionized online card games and by far is still the best one out but I fear there’s too much rigging towards monetization for a respectable metagame to exist for much longer. #SezWhoRight
Then that isn’t valid, if you aren’t playing competitively then you aren’t playing optimal decks, in which Shaman will rek you.
you are right, this game has only shamans and shamans, so bored, and annoying
I Honestly think most of the newer quest are far too powerful for the level of difficulties to complete
,
as a somewhat newer player its vary difficult to deal with, my best bet is my priest deck which seems like 9/10 games when the quest is played i loose and that’s my best deck, besides that i think i do pretty well get up to rank 15 for the most part which is decent for a 1year new never spent a dime free player
they should make quest rare not epic or legendary because that’s just too much dust for a card that changes the way 50%+ players seem to have
my first thought on the quest when they just released was oh ya a bunch of easy to complete quest that overpower your hero and they should at least be 1/3 to 1/4 more requirements to finish
ALSO/A/OR REMOVE OR DESTROY Quest card would be nice there’s a remove secret’s and give your weapon poison now so WHY NOT
Please nerf the 1 2 3 RNG…
This is what truly makes evolve shaman so deadly just like Chaingang was the culprit to Shudderwock.
The 1 2 3 RNG allows Evolve Shaman, be it pure or by quest, to win by turn 6 cause all the same cards show up.
Just like when you play vs Quest Rogue. All the same steal cards show up by turn 3 or 4. Then its immunity attack and pump out the Lackeys with Evil Miscreant and Shadowstep each time.
Or Flamewake Mage. Mage gets Sorcerer Apprentice by turn 2, just wait to play to full effect. Play Flamewaker, you can play your second on turn 5. But play Flamewaker and your now zero cost Mirror Image Spell.
You just blasted your way to victory on turn 3 all thanks to the 1 2 3 RNG. Every deck wins and loses by the 1 2 3 RNG + Eureka Discovery cards. So please nerf the 1 2 3 RNG Autoplay system.
Maybe just stick to the new battlegrounds and eliminate other play? I mean, Autoplay.
