Dear Blizzard support,
I don’t understand why my lately post in technical forum was deleted instead of addressing the issue in it and creating with you a solution to fix the issue described. I am feeling very angry to have to deal with issues in game and having no answers from support when posting online. Deleting the post is even worse as a reaction from support team.
What I would like is to have issues resolved within 2 weeks if possible. If its taking longer, this creates much insatisfaction for me.
I’d appreciate if you could fix issues related to the core of the game before releasing amazing new content.
Taking all this in consideration would make me feel again like an usual and respected Blizzard customer.
