So this guy apparently figured out a way to stop the rope from happening and just lock out the game. I’d love to include his name, but it’s Chinese characters # 3532.
With no screenshot/video/replay/intel I’m not sure there’s anything they could look at as such
Naming and shaming players is against the TOS. So be glad you could not include that other player’s name. Better edit your post to remove the number as well.

You disconnected from the hearthstone server.
This is a known bug and has been around forever. The game client ought to be able to recognize that it is disconnected. But, somehow, it doesn’t. It just keeps listening, forever, for a response that never comes.
Sad, really. Like a jilted lover waiting patiently by the phone, hoping for that call…
