  1. pls STOP THIS !!! or add time for every animation (some is not count some count it is garbage)

No one ever plays any cards after the rope explodes. You see them playing it after the rope explodes, but in general you see them playing cards with some delay from when they actually play cards. Concedes, the rope, hovering, and emotes are all real-time but all gameplay-related animations are on a delay.
