Hearthstone was good and playable until the last patch introducing Buddies in BG. Since then, my game is literally not working whatsoever. I can’t go past the main menu. I can open the quest menu and open pack but that’s all. If I press on ANY option to introduce me to a mode, I crash. BG? Crash. Tavern? Crash. Normal mode? Crash. I can’t even queue because I crash either by pressing queue fast, or without even doing it.
I uninstalled and installed, I scanned/repaired, I installed on a different hard drive, I deleted the folders they instruct in their FAQ and other problems. Nothing. No google or blizzard solutions. I can’t play it for over 2 weeks. Any help please?
