People quitting

Don’t be mad bro.

Maybe next time you’ll think before clicking on the reply button.

There’s that complex again. I knew you couldn’t resist. It’s another one of those traits.

Overused insults. And you say I’m deflecting?

Don’t look now, but you’re exhibiting more of those traits again.

That being said, I’ve grown bored with your tired antics.

Barrens chat was a lot of fun. Thanks for the trip down memory lane and have a great day.

Thanks for the free therapy, be careful though, your butthurt level is through the roof.

If i see Quest Warrior or Quest Hunter and my deck cant do anything, i’m quitting. End of story. Cry me a river, i have limited time in my life.

which deck are you playing? both libram paladin and quest warlock should have fair chance against them.

Can’t believe the level of stupidity in the comments to my post. Imagine say you were a Chicago Bears fan, which unfortunately I am, and they are getting crushed by halftime (which unfortunately, is a regular occurence) so they decide to not play the second half. Quitting is quitting, not that complicated. Institute a WoW-like Deserter debuff.

In the old days, someone would leave before the exodia got going, or the ancient one went face. It was low class then, and it’s low class now. I’m curious for some “legit” reasons, other than poor sportsmanship, which isn’t a legit reason. Getting reset for connection reasons is one thing (we know they can’t fix or upgrade their servers if the universe depended on it), but otherwise just take the L.

concede is a problem only in battlegrounds mode due the damage limit by active players.
why it happens? dc ok but for orrible choose when heroes get offered (and no rewards for the ranking).

In a game obnoxiously dominated by meta play, we should have the ability to blacklist those specific decks. If it wasn’t so easy just to google the best deck, and you actually had to think for yourself, this game would be 400% better.

That’s what I was going to comment. Yesterday I lost 3 times because I was on and Hearthstone white screened on me. I actually have played the same people multiple times and they crash out half way through. Its not that we are quitting, its that we are being disconnected.
Now with that being said, I am sick of the ones that when they start losing they wait til the rope burns almost to the end and plays a card… everytime.

What I find disturbing about your post (Bushidojihi) and the 100 people who hit the like button on it is that your suggestion doesn’t address the real issue, it only adds to the frustration that those players are feeling when they leave.

Why do people leave?

  1. overwhelming class imbalances.

    • For example, the Priest class has been weak, with no low cost cards to buffer all of the in your face decks and have had their heals removed ever since Activision took over. When is the last time anyone has considered a Priest as a top tier class? When has this class last appeared in the #1 or #2 spot?
  2. Ridiculous solitary decks like Mage and Warlock who can wipe out not only your board, but your entire deck.

  3. Stereotypical Activision style toxic masculine Warriors, Hunters and Paladins who are able to have 40 damage out before turn 4.

  4. Rigged matches that are so obvious that even a child can see it.

As long as Activision is in the building this game will remain imbalanced, and toxic. People are leaving because the game has become an insult to any true gamer’s integrity.

I am holding the door open for the exit of Activision and pray that Microsoft brings in some sanity, at which point, you will most likely complain because you will realize that you may not be as good of a player as you think you might be. The RNG is overly manipulated as is the outcome.

I know about all the things you mentioned, like life, the game is unfair. People realizing their match isn’t going well so they let the rope burn to the end the last 4 turns is simply cowardly. And now I find myself doing it, hence my post. I don’t want to become any more of a creep than I already am to even have to play this game. I don’t appreciate you implying I’ll continue to complain regardless, you know jack about me…

It’s clear you lack critical thinking and intellectual skills.
Your entire post is contradicting, not only to this thread, but to itself.

You’re complaining about a problem that you put yourself in, then proceed to list the cons of said predicament; all while failing to realize you’re doing the same thing to other players experience.
Put the bottle down, champ. It’s time to wake up.

You probably didn’t read my post. If you use your eyes you’ll see that you’re completely irrelevant to my previous comment as it was a reply to a different user.
Thanks for your life story, I briefly skimmed over it and showed no interest at all.

My bad but you are one arrogant self entitled twerp…

It’s not a pussy move. Source, I have one and never quit my games. It’s just a butthurt move.

Done it 3 times tonight, for good reason.

It is the last turn of the game, the enemy has 4 or 5 minions up on the board, total attack value exceeds my HP and yet he starts messing around with cards.

The game is done, finish it quickly and move on.

It is a reasonable move if the game is done, minion attack exceeds the HP.

Finish it. No need to mess around with cards.

Unsurprising, unfortunately.

On / off player here. If one has a new unenhanced deck and the other player starts coming out with some seriously powerful cards, there is zero point in continuing. You are going to get smashed.

Why waste your time?

Now, if there was some method of matching players that had similar deck strength, then I quite agree. But that doesn’t happen.

remove all quests! :stuck_out_tongue:
