PC vs iPad sync issues

Hi, when I change a deck on my PC, it does not change on my iPad (i’m logged into my blizzard account in NA on both devices). When I try to play it on my iPad, it spins a bit and then gives an error message.

This morning, I went to complete a priest quest and hit up a Reno Priest deck. As I played, I realized I had a card in there I didn’t want. After the game, I went to my collection to swap out the card. The deck showing in my collection was an old dragon reno deck that I changed a few weeks ago.

These weird collection sync issues have been increasingly common in the past few months. I’ll change something in a deck and play it. When I come back on either device, the change is not there, and the deck will not play.

Howdy!

This is a known bug that our QA and Developers are still working to resolve in a future update of the game. Sadly I don’t exactly have any ETA on when it will be resolved but the core issue is causing syncing failures between PC and mobile. The only workaround I can recommend is to recreate or make edits from your iPad moving forward. As it appears to fail when updating on PC.
