Parrot Sanctuary mana discounts not sticking on Dungar. They reset at ended of turn. Probably broken for all Battlecry minions but didn’t last long enough in game to find out. Thanks coders!

Parrot sanctuary is still broken but it sucks too much to use with dungar reliably anyway. The better/not currently bugged location to use to reduce dungar’s cost is Fairy Tale Forest
