Just played a paladin and they played a bayfin tuna card or something that draws every minion in your deck and destroys it.
How is this fun?
what is the gameplay?
How can I defeat this, and why would they create such a card?
Why not just make a card that draws every card in the opponent’s deck until they have no cards that cost 3 mana.
What are the devs thinking when they make all these destroy the opponent’s cards, cards?
there is no gameplay. How is that a game?

kill the bayfin before they can play frontlines or just lose i guess if they switched its cost with prismatic lens or something
They played a legendary card that does something when a spell is cast and then played bayfin and all my cards were destroyed.
Why even create this combo?
oh high abbess allura? yeah shes another way to do that i guess. sorry i don’t have any solution
I don’t even understand how the spell burst of that card could possible even make you draw your entire deck.
All it says is it will cast a spell from your deck and target itself.
The people that figure out these crazy i-win mechanics must be geniuses.
The only way for abbess to be guaranteed is if Frontlines is the only spell left in the warrior deck, which means they have to run a lot of minions too. It should have destroyed their deck too. So, unless they were holding Kil’jaeden, neither player should have much of a deck left and head into fatigue. Doesn’t seem like a reliable combination to me. Just one of those disgusting combos that makes the game unfun when it works.
Keep playing Wild, and you’ll keep making these threads. They don’t care about wild.
They’re out of their depth even if they tried. It’s more complex to balance.
Its a meme deck,
very dependent on draws and highroll, that moderately works against reno/combo decks, i use a renathal version that also can beat aggro, with only 10 minions
and one of them is lynessa, yo dont need alura, because with the coins you can activate the frontlines in turn 6:
Frontlines

2x (1) Oh My Yogg!
2x (1) Reckoning
2x (2) City Tax

To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and create a new deck in Hearthstone
Its totally plausible to use kiljaeden after dropping the frontlines, you can setup the play with order in the court,
once you do it, if you have a second copy of frontlines the second one fills your board with demons…
I would like to face them more often and not just librams and shadow priests…

Its not complex at all… Just remove card like that from the game… Easy solution.

Just accept that you play a game where this happens
Almost all classes can do absurd things if they really want to play highroll decks
Stop complaining or stop playing the game if you really hate it that much
There are thousands of games where you won’t enocunter things like that
No amount of money you could have invested in Hearthstone in the past justifies ruining your life/time/mental health
you assume they put any thought into the game or even playtest.
So you want to remove all cards that are used in winning combos?
Good luck with that.
