This makes think of Starcraft for some reason. Like if it wasn’t for copyrights I’d play it in a Starcraft 2 video.
Maybe it was not the Metropolis sound in Little Talks that you like, but rather the Folk-Pop or Indie-Pop sound it has, like this song from Vance Joy:
Love the Lumineers. Great song that I haven’t heard in awhile:)
Here’s a live performance that would have made Bob Marley proud. We’re coming up on the 6 year anniversary of that fateful night in Detroit. I’m both happy and sad that I was able to see his final performance. Just wish I could have talked to him or maybe something to tell him how much he was loved by all his fans.
It still messes with me when I think about it but you never really know what someone else is going through unless you walk in their shoes.

I don’t know if anyone but me is old enuff to remember roller rinks being a thing. I learned this song there.
Fox On The Run was played everywhere in 1974: roller rinks, arcades, bowling alleys, etc…
I was very much into to the song back then, along with girls who I considered to be absolute foxes (with their feathered hair), but I recently removed Fox On The Run from my Glam Rock playlist, because it sounds too dated to me now. Although I did keep Ballroom Blitz by Sweet on the list.
Even some popular songs or music that I was really never into from the 70’s can be very nostalgic for me, like Dream Weaver by Gary Wright or Music Box Dancer by Frank Mills.
Another Glam Rock song on my list from 1974 is:
Everyone copied Sweet and Slade.

Thought I would post this for a good night song.
I learned this song in Kindergarten, and I have researched it hard,
wondering who the epic piano player is.
I now know that it is either Mitch Margo, or Ron Frangipane.
Would love to know which.
Good night all:)
