Also, login my desktop battle.net kicks out my mobile app too.
Before today, as long as I don’t start hearthstone on desktop, the battle.net login can survive together with the mobile app game.(I can play Hearthstone on mobile while the battle.net on desktop is logged in.)
This is normal. It is working as intended. You can only log into the game client with one device at a time. All of Blizzard’s games have always worked this way. The client loader app and mobile app will allow for simultaneous logins, as they are technically not a game. But the moment you log into WoW from a second pc the first one gets kicked and even gives you the same message, “you’ve been logged in on another device, if this was not you … (blah blah blah change your password for security)”
It is the same as on WoW as it is on StarCrafts, WarCrafts, HoTS, Diablos, etc, as it is for Hearthstone. You cant be logged into the same game on 2 devices at the same time.
I have a problem that started a day or two ago where opening Hearthstone on desktop kicks out the Battle.net application out on desktop on same machine. Hearthstone and Battle.net on same machine cannot stay connected simultaneously
For my previous case, my desktop only logged into battle.net, but not logged into any game. At that time, I opened hearthstone mobile app and it kicked out my desktop battle.net.
Before yesterday I can to log into Hearthstone Asia server on desktop while using mobile app playing American Server. But starting from yesterday, this no longer works.
So I think there should be a change on the battle.net. Not sure if this is a bug or intended behavior.
