On android whenever i am second almost evry time i can’t look at my hand and i can’t play cards, or end my turn, but my hero power works properly.

This! I’ve been having the same issue and I need to know how to fix it too!
I have this problem for over a month now. There is another topic in this forum about the same problem. But there is still no answer. I lose game after game because i can’t play any cards. Sometimes i can play cards but during the game, but the game is getting very slow and i lose because i can play only 1 card before my turn is over. This is very annoying. And there is still no respons grom blizzard on this matter…
I have this bug too… I resolved it like everytime i start hearthstone i go to causal game then concede and another games work fine. Just first game and the others are good.
Ugh, this is so annoying and the only thing that you can is do is to keep restarting the game
