No idea whats up, im doing fine in the EU server but there was some massive issues on the America server over a DoS attack .
Maybe thats the problem.

Well thats strange , played a bit today and yesterday everything was running well(hearthstone standards).
does it work in wild/merc/bg?
Yes just tryed all the modes you said , i was able to get a match in all of them.
Im playing on mobile btw(android) maybe its a pc issue?

Happened to me once a couple months ago. Fixed itself a few hours later. I’d submit a ticket, but you’ll probably be back in the game before they get to it unless you can get into the live chat.
mhh i don’t know, nothing works since yesterday and unfortunately, every time i open a ticket, i get the same copy/paste joke from their bot

If its mercenaries mode that only gives the problem then its probably this:
Basically completing a map in either normal or heroic is supposed to unlock the next stage in both, but right now its bugged to only check normal. It even shows being okay in both modes but fails to start if you haven’t done it in normal.

Just check your decks. Did you modify them?

it works now with the 23.2.1 patch which brought bugfixes
