Not receiving the free deck for returning players

I logged in yesterday for the first time since June 2019 or 2018 by the looks of all the notifications when I first logged in. I didn’t receive the quests to start working towards the free deck though.

Double check if you have any other quests, there are multiple parts to it.

I double checked the quests yesterday and today. Have “Shaman Master”, “Draw!”, and “Spell Master” quests. I’m sure it’s been much longer than 4 months since I logged in.

We are currently in the process of putting out a few hotfixes for issues introduced after the 17.0 update. Please note that these fixes take place on the server side, so you should not need to download anything if you’ve updated to 17.0.

• We’ve identified and fixed an issue that could cause the game to fail to offer some eligible players the Returning Player Experience. Affected players should now receive the appropriate quest line when logging into Hearthstone.
