I’ve done what’s required -as I read on the forums- to get both Champion portraits (Maiev & Morgl) but I still didn’t get them on my account… How is this solved ?
You can’t get Maiev anymore, she was only available during the Year of the Mammoth (April 2017 to March 2018). As for Morgl, what did you do to get it, exactly?
I quote this from Hearth wiki " * He is obtained after your first recruit has accumulated a total of 20 levels across all of their Heroes."
Additionally, are there any alternate champs I can still get now, for free?
I know what you’re supposed to do to get Morgl. I’m asking what did you do to earn it. Because “your first recruit” is NOT your own account, but an account you sent a friend invite to.
As for free heroes, you can currently get Lady Liadrin for Paladins by leveling a new hero in World of Warcraft to level 20 (which you can do with a free account), and Nemsy for Warlocks which you can get by playing three games at an official Fireside Gathering tavern.

I too didn’t get morgl it said on the link open the game for your reward but i have restarted my game multiple times and didn’t get morgl

Yes, it was when i recruited it
That doesn’t work. The account you invited has to be under level 20 for you to get the rewards. It says so in the recruitment page.
But on the link it sais that i completed the quest, the accounts are still linked.
How can i get morgl if my linked account is already lvl 20 ?

I have the same problem. The friend I invited when he had reached lvl20, I haven’t obtained the Morgl heroe.
Is that a bug? What can I do?
You have to invite them before they reach level 20.

Hi, yes I know… I introduced him in the game Hearthstone, I mean, I invited him to play for his first time… but when he reached lvl20 I didn’t receive the hero Morgl.

That is strange. I would suggest you check the Bug Report forum then, maybe someone can help you there.
Since the ranked system has been reworked, “rank 20” has a whole different meaning.
The “new” ranks Bronze 10 to Diamond 1 correspond to the “old” ranks 25 to 1. And the “new” apprentice ranks 40 to 1 correspond the the “old” new player ranks 50 to 26.
I don’t know what the current required rank is to get Morgl, but if I have to make a guess, I’d say that Silver 10 is the most likely cutoff point.
You didn’t need to play Ranked to get Morgl before, so I’m not sure you would have to do it now. The original requirement was to play enough games for your overall account to reach level 20, not rank 20. Unless that changed when they updated the new player experience, it should still be possible to obtain Morgl without your recruited friend having played Ranked at all.

I’m sorry, I haven’t explained well myself.
I’m reporting this right now, but this had happened more than one year ago.
Given how long ago it was, it’s unlikely it can be fixed.
If you still want to get Morgl, you would have to either a) send a recruitment link to another friend, or b) create a new Hearthstone account, send a recruitment link from your main account, level up your alternate account to 20 (which can be done playing against the Innkeeper if you want), and that way you’ll get Morgl.
