I have an Asian Battle.net account. After logging in, I select Hearthstone in the Americas region to play the game. It was normal before. Today, I found that I can enter the game normally, but all game modes prompt “Offline” after rolling ,the store is normal and i can buy cards. I tried relogging in and changing computer, but the problem still persists. Could anyone please help me check if there are any reasons on the backend that caused this? Thank you!
