I returned to Hearthstone after a few years off, and recently in February and March I reached Diamond rank in Standard. However after logging in after the end of each season I received no chest reward to open. New quests appear etc, as normal, but no chest reward. I thought you receive rare/epic cards after reaching certain ranks each month. (I did not play wild/casual)
Lodged a ticket and responded to several “people/bots”, and was directed to here.
Would appreciate any help here.
May 2024 update - Another month passed. And still no rewards chest this month for April rank progress.
