My friend returned to play hearthstone after a couple of years. He haven’t had an option to choose a free deck. Does somebody know something about the issue ? Can support help with this or creating a whole new account would be an option ?
If he doesn’t have much on his old account (not even a legendary I mean) he definitely can create a new one at the beginner paths rewards quite the number of packs from what I know
i think something like this happened before so may be a good idea to contact support
