Hey there,
Since the release of Ashes of Outland, the voices on any minions (e.g when they are summoned or attack etc) and Enemies (Particularly noticeable as I predominantly play Solo modes) is missing.
The music is fine and other animations sounds (like selecting cards) is OK.
I have just started the new Solo mode and the overlay voice that Illidan is meant to be saying before you go into a chapter is gone.
Has anyone else had this issue and any ideas on how to fix?
Thanks

I posted this problem some time ago. No reply or solution was given. It’s happening on my daughters device as well.
Not problem on PC, maybe try again?
Can confirm this is an issue for me too. Playing on ipad Air2 latest version of HS and OS. It’s been an issue for a while now actually, but haven’t been bothered by it until today because of the new solo adventure. I would like to hear the voices of the characters before playing.
To confirm what OP said: The Innkeeper’s voice is heard but none of the other character or minion voices can be heard. General sound effects are still heard, but no dialogue.
When I go into options, it claims there are assets to be downloaded, but they never start. I’ve tried quitting the game and going back in and toggling on/off the asset download buttons, but nothing has resolved the issue.
The Innkeeper doesn’t announce the name of the characters at the start of the game, oddly. He talks otherwise
No issue on my laptop
This exact same thing is happening to me too
Hey, everyone! Thank you for your reports! I checked to see what details we could find here. Our team have received some reports on the issue and have been able to replicate the issue to actively investigate this issue. At the moment there is no ETA on the matter, but our team is looking into this further.
From our findings, this appears to be an issue with downloading the necessary assets for the installation. Resuming the download button, and waiting a few minutes on the screen should clear up the issue.
If it persists from there, please redirected reports over to the #bug-report forums for further updates and reporting from our team. While we try to help with communicating on similar issues, technical support are not developers and we are here to assist with technical issues such as crashes or connection issues that can be resolved through troubleshooting.
