No mechs in mage Core

Will mech mage be a thing? (Edited to prevent upsetting others)

Hello ,Mage got this that what it needed for mechs.
Mage problem in mechs was the overcost this card solves it, i said this weeks ago and got a bunch of backlash that the cards were fine for that mana.
Again here we are.

Rare · Spell · Voyage to the Sunken City · Draw a Mech. Reduce the Cost of Mechs in your hand by (1).

There’s lots of neutral mechs in the new set and in core. They don’t need class mechs. (Mech mage has never really needed class mechs tbh)

Why does Mage need Mechs in its Core set?

It doesn’t have any Nagas in there, and Naga Mage looks to have some real potential.

Historically, most Mech decks tend to get a lot of their metallic minions from the Neutral pool anyway.

Common · Minion · Voyage to the Sunken City · Divine Shield. Battlecry: Give a random Mech in your hand +1/+1.
Common · Minion · Voyage to the Sunken City · After you summon a Mech, gain +1/+1.

Class minions aren’t the only things you need to look for.

Especially with the really good 1 and 2 drop Neutrals, it seems like they’re aiming to support both Paladin and Mage Mech decks at the same time.

(Though Snowchugger would have been a nice addition.)

This is what everyone predicted. Floors me that team 5 saw fit to leave it out.
Probably distracted playing other publishers games.

Paladin didn’t get Shielded Minibot either.

But the new Neutrals more than make up for both of those.

Its a strange choice to me.

*looks at the mage mech support and the neutral mechs *

so?

Team 5 could donate a million dollars to the charity of your choice and at this point, I’m reasonably certain you’d find fit to complain about the color of the check they wrote out lol

I’d love to see Team 5 do anything for anyone but themselves.
Let me know.

You’d call it selfish because charity donations are a tax writeoff.

If you say so then it must be true.

Getting back on message, it’s a strange choice to me because I do not see any clear directions for mage. It’s like they got pieces of decks rather than one complete deck that I can look at and say:
“That’s gonna be good.”

find a quiet place to finish writing your OP post

i can tell you were forced to post it without finish writting it because the neutral mechs werent even mentioned in it

If players are forced to run a deck of all neutral mechs, how competitive do you expect it to be?

Considering that most Mech decks historically have run mostly Neutral Mechs, that’s an interesting question.

You keep ignoring that point, for some reason.

But not one that you have answered.
Again; I see pieces of decks, so unless mage is going to run a hybrid deck,
I’m not sure what We can expect for the class.
Maybe a naga spell deck?

What exactly do you need to have done in order to see a deck?

Based on your observations, you could look at 2017 Tempo Mage and say “I don’t see what this does, it’s just some minions and secrets with a few burn spells.

Not everything in the game needs to be paint-by-numbers simplicity that my 6-year-old can hit Legend with.

Naga Mage will leave the opponent in pieces alright, deck is stacked .
All Mage decks got a boost this should be a happy day for the class ,enjoy while you can the time for grief is after the balance patch.

if you have no actual observations on what to expect, then why are you here?

This isn’t an answer or even productive.
You have chosen snark over substance, yet again.
If you have no knowledge to share then you are merely here to troll.
