New Neutral Cards

Common · Minion · Festival of Legends · Battlecry: The next Mech you play costs (1) less.

Theres already been a couple mechs revealed, so if any class gets mech support, this could be run. Or just put it in mech mage/paladin post rotation.

Epic · Minion · Festival of Legends · Battlecry: Set your maximum Mana and hand size to 11.

Theres the 11 mana… Druids are probably crying right now if this is all that was being hinted at lol
Common · Minion · Festival of Legends · At the end of your turn, give a random minion in your hand +2/+2.

2 mana give a minion in hand +2/+2, if your opponent cant kill this fo it again doesnt seem bad, but it would need totem suplort to be run.

Rare · Minion · Festival of Legends · Taunt Finale: Force all enemy minions to attack this.

This could see play in some handbuff deck. Maybe enrage warrior? Other that that the low health seems bad.

Rare · Minion · Festival of Legends · Battlecry: Summon a 0/3 Instrument Case for your opponent. (Break it for a random weapon!)

Random is usually bad, would prefer to just run the weapon you want.

Common · Minion · Festival of Legends · After you cast a spell, add a random Fire spell to your hand.

This is extremely random unless some class is getting fire spells.

Common · Minion · Festival of Legends · Taunt Deathrattle: Deal 3 damage to all enemy minions.

Big 10 drop with taunt.

Rare · Minion · Festival of Legends · At the start of EACH turn, lose 1 Attack or Health (chosen randomly).

Huge stats for a 3 drop, and the downside is pretty slow. Could see play in some extreme aggro deck

Rare · Minion · Festival of Legends · After you play a -Cost card, draw a -Cost card. (Then increase!)

This has to be the best card here. You can make your deck have a specific 2 or 3 card that you need and use this as targeted draw.
Legendary · Minion · Festival of Legends · Battlecry: Add two 3/3 Bots to your opponent

I guess they finally learned their lesson from deck defining neutral legendaries, because this seems really weak. Maybe burn 1 card for your opponent, but there are better ways to do it. Not sure how it works if your opponent plays them first before the deathrattle.

Everything seems so weak!

What’s the ETA on the his expansion’s release date?

I think the only time revealed was April. I dont remember a specific date.

The last reveal is march 30th though, so it is probably closer to the beginning of april.

Audio Amplifier: Thank goodness this is both neutral and so much weaker than Guff. I’m seeing initial reactions of “auto-include” but you wouldn’t run this unless you needed 11 mana for a combo or Death Beetle. Very meta-dependent, but the 2-mana cost makes this reasonable to just have in your deck.

Stereo Totem: More totem shaman support is cool. Shaman needs something now that Evolve is dead and Bolner package is rotating.

Festival Security: fantastic early-game tool that can be handbuffed by DK and Warrior. I’m willing to bet this becomes the Tar Creeper of the expansion.

Pyrotechnician: Fire warrior support?

Amplified Elekk: Arena card / pack filler. Even Taunt Warrior would avoid this when Sunfury Stalwart and Fleshshaper are still in standard.

Static Waveform: I fully expect this to be a meta card, with handbuffs it can be insane. Even as-is it’s really good, it’s attack may never go down and it has massive stats.

Metrognome: A bad tempo card looking for a degenerate combo deck that will eventually break the game.

Pozzik: Good deathrattle in a midrange/control matchup, and it can clog your control/combo opponent’s hand. Looks like a bad card now looking for a stupid synergy later, like Xyrella hero card and Plaguebearer.

The engineer is awesome value wow. Like wow.

Tony, King of Piracy makes my skin crawl as a control player. Warlock is going to use this card to ruin my day and encourage an aggro/burn meta.

EDIT: Or any deck that can draw like mad. Demon Hunter comes to mind. I’m just remembering the bad old days of Warrior with King Togwaggle and Azalina Soulthief.

as a troll i love it, but i dunno still even then.

I mean, this is a card that any control player will have to include just because it’s the only way to recover from your opponent playing it. You need to include it just because of the threat it poses by existing, sort of like Theotar originally.

I assume decks are only swapped when it is alive. It isnt a battlecry

I guess you play it and then follow with some cheap card draw to remove cards from your opponent’s deck? An even slower Tickatus?

Idk, if you can draw cards the turn it is played you can try and take an OTK piece. It would be utterly broken if it was permanent lol

I think it can be used as a theotar but for deck, you can play it and some draws to disrupt some cards.

Kind’ve feels like only Demon Hunter could use this effectively, since they can have massive mana cheat card draw.
