New Druid Perils in Paradise cards revealed

Round 1 of Druids PiP cards have been revealed. I will update this post with Round 2 when VS Syndicate posts their final reveal article at 3 PM eastern. I’ll also add the card images when the heartstone web site is updated. But for now, this is what we have

Warning: People are gonna rage. Keep in mind that warrior can also use these cards. Also keep in mind that Vs Syndicate has promised us the second reveal has a card so insane it’s going to put this first batch to shame

Rare · Spell · Perils in Paradise · Resurrect your 3 highest Cost Taunt minions.

YAAAY, it’s dr boom. Now we can ressurect all the UNkilliaxes in a single turn TWICE.

Rare · Minion · Perils in Paradise · Dormant for 2 turns. While Dormant, summon a 3/5 Dragon with Taunt at the end of your turn.

Yaaaay, druid and warrior OP stall card. Also a dragon so goes in every dragon druid list autoinclude.

Common · Minion · Perils in Paradise · Taunt Deathrattle: Draw another Taunt minion. Reduce its Cost by (2).

Common · Spell · Perils in Paradise · Gain 2 Mana Crystals next turn only.

A pre charged pre nerf innervate for next turn. We can brann on 6 again and unkilliax on 7 now. Then we can use hydration station on 8 to ressurect all the unkillaxes over and over and over.

Oh hey, it’s an upgraded Branching paths. Lovely. That spell was crazy strong.

Mana cheating continues. Killing the body does NOT prevent the battlecry from recasting spells in 3 turns

and this is apparently their mega bomb

Epic · Spell · Perils in Paradise · Increase your maximum Mana by 3 and gain an empty Mana Crystal.

It’s friggin GUFF the hero… in spell form. And the mage tourist can recast it to boot

I love the smell of mana cheat in the morning… its smells like… victory

and blizzard completely forgetting what they had previously said about wanting to reduce druid ramp.

Is there some weird way to get an unlimited amount of greyboughs now (sans reno removal) with hydration station? I guess its good hydronax isnt in the game still.

Amalgam and taunt warrior getting support is pretty cool but I dont know… something tells me trail mix is going to get changed thanks to doomkin

If the hype they’re boasting on the vs discord is any indication, Zacho is going to reveal a bomb in 2 hours that’s going to change everything. The biggest reveal yet is coming. I have no clue what it is, but from the sounds of it it’s something spectacular.

Also warrior having ramp just feels wrong.

Dozing dragon is very strong. Hydration station revives Unkilliax, Fye, and Unkilliax.

Trail mix is obviously strong, lets you play a 5 cost on turn 3 by giving up turn 2…

All of these probably see play.

And after that it revives 3 unkilliaxes. Each unkilliax counts as two deaths because of reborn.

Yeah… That card will push us back to Reno and yogg to make sure another class doesn’t mass revive Unkilliax.

Since it’s highest cost it’ll basically always hit that form.

Can’t refresh Crystals you don’t have.
It refreshes 2, not 4 in that scenario.

Full mull for Yogg this next expansion.
Warrior being able to use this as well is crazy.

It gives you the crystals for the turn. Its innervate, not lightning bloom. If you play it on turn 2 then on turn 3 you have 5 mana crystals to spend. You get the mana front loaded to do whatever you want with it. Then you go back to 4 crystals on turn 4. That means Brann on 6 and unkilliax or yogg on 7 is possible, as is Reno on 8.
