I created a deck won a game and now literally can’t que anymore because apparently the deck is invalid. This is trash 1 win 0 losses and my run is over and it won’t let me do anything. I’ve tried everything including a full reinstall. I don’t even have the option to retire and try again…
If you updated game after your win= I got same situation
Same happened to me. I included Drakkari Enchanter and can’t continue.
Started a new run with a new deck… hopefully the 2 tickets will be refunded.
Oh seems like i can retire but i still don’t want try if it works

Hello, the same thing happens to me, and I have no option; it won’t let me withdraw or do anything about it.
Same here. After det update almost all of my cards are deemed «banned».

All players affected by the issue described in the thread I linked above should get two (2) tickets.
it also seems that no matter how far in the lead you are the opponent (that seem to be bots) always top decks a win or reverse a solid board you create with cards that dont fit the deck style they were playing. im sick of the this algorithm. i love this game i love everything about it but i cant keep playing a game or put more money into a game that favors certain deck metas and punishes those who want to use strategy. the random does not feel true. I got screw by a game crash from an interaction of a new card in brawl the one time i was about to win and reloged into a loss. i dont mind playing against competitive bots i just dont want to be penalized for being human and having a select amount of cards in a deck but it feels like the bot is always getting the perfect card in meta decks and drawing cards that dont normaly go in those meta decks.
sorry getting ranty i just dont like the feeling i need to stop playing this game (like everyone else i know).
is that actually going to happen before the Brawl ends or is this more reverse monetization nonsense.
So, I had a similar issue where Hearthstone failed to update before the tavern brawl went live. I finished with 2 wins and 3 losses and according to a chart of rewards I should have received 2 packs of the Emerald Dream but I instead received 2 packs of the great dark beyond. After that I tried to google if there have been similar problems and my first result was a link to apple store to update Hearthstone. I updated and now I get the correct rewards on my subsequent brawls, but I am stuck with the two packs of great dark beyond.
