I just started playing Hearthstone again in the beginning of April 2020 after almost a year of not playing. I saw there was a returning player deck, looked up the conditions of what I needed to do to receive said deck and logged in, but never got the deck. These are the conditions I met:
- logged in after not playing for four months after March 17th
- played for a couple days and got from unranked to gold 9
Before I logged in I saw this post:

when I logged in I was never presented with the quest it says I should receive. I have tried many things since but with little luck.
after all that, I contacted blizzard support and they only told me to complete the steps I did above and then to post here if it did not work.
What are my options?
