Error: HS_CT:NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0;NetCacheCardValues=1
Keep getting this error. At first it started once every few days but in the last month its been every single time I try to log in. Used to be it would still connect after a long time but now it will time out after an extremely long time and not connect.
Then the error message will come out, sometimes it will be the =2 error message instead of =1. Not sure what is happening since no other game has this problem.
Good night, the same thing happens to me, for months I have been giving this error in hours of the day, but late at night, and in the morning the game works.
This situation has been going on for months, I have formatted my pc for technical reasons, I have reinstalled hearthstone and the problem continues to appear.
It is quite annoying that it only happens on the American server, different threads have been opened and the response of you as a company are repetitive and ineffective solutions.
I demand an immediate solution to this problem, as a customer.

Yep its terrible that a card game doesn’t even work. I can run Diablo or WoW no problem but after following all the suggestions and tips here, uninstalling, deleting cache, moving folders etc…this game just doesn’t want to work for me anymore.
Played since beta but so much for Hearthstone I guess. Uninstalled and time to play something else. Its been fun.
