Negative game experience for BOTH players,90% on Blizzard

So i will explain and i am sure this has happened to MANY players but without chat we will never know.So my opponent i could tell was fuming mad at me after he conceded a win to me and to be honest i don’t blame him because i think i know why.

So I was playing a Mage mirror and after 10 turns i didn’t get a single card draw,so i emoted a few times “amazing”.So my opponent THINKS i am disrespecting him because it APPEARS like i am about to win so he concedes.

I see friend request so i know he is mad and wants to insult me.I accept to explain to him and tell him that dude i didn’t have any card draw or damage so if i didn’t top deck you would win the game.He didn’t respond because i think he was stunned ,so i told him "don’t jump to conclusions and assume because you might have very well won that game and he shouldn’t assume i am disrespecting him either but HOW does he know from emotes?

Well if we actually had CHAT i would have simply said man this is crazy 10 turns no card draw instead of opponent getting mad and using dumb emotes. So i blame Blizzard for no chat to be able to sever differences and assumptions and perhaps EASE player tension.
Obviously not having chat did not do a damn thing for the environment and even if a player chats something nasty an easy BLOCK or report quells that as well but at least with chat the players have the CHANCE to ease tension.
So apparently this team doesn’t "get it"doesn’t understand the power of simply talking to people and that their emotes can be every bit toxic as any chat because players are jumping to ASSUMPTIONS that emotes are always a sign of disrespect.
So thanks Blizzard i felt bad my opponent was angry and he was fuming as well,so good job team Hearthstone for a bad experience for BOTH players.
