Nah it should be your minions cost 4 less instead of set cost to 5.
So no more free giants/ceaseless.
Yes the devs will certainly make a change of something to this effect.
Honestly, I don’t think a free ceaseless is bad.
There have been other cards in hearthstone history with similar stats that came down in roughly similar turns: Y’Shaarj.
The problem is Druid fills the board with 10/10 - 8/8 - 2/14 and you don’t have a chance to clear either the single large minion or the flock. Druid will also keep doing this turn after turn after turn.
The original case of this was much more limited and then took longer before they were able to have more board power again.
With Druid’s health restoration, armor and other mid and late game control mechanics (Ancient of Yore, Zilliax), they should be forced to rely on surviving more rather than being a 10/10 turn 3 aggro token deck.
