My phone and pc doesnt sync the account

Hello.

I played hearthstone years ago, and recently came back to it.
I installed hearthstone a week ago on my android phone and got hooked again, i logged in with same account, but everything was reset, like i lost all my cards, progress everything. So i thought ok whatever started playing and bought some card packs, today i bought bobs bargain pack. After i purchased it i thought i would log into hearthstone on pc so it would be dunno a bit more kool opening them on my 65inch tv so i logged in and boom, all my old progress is there… but, no 50 packs wich i purchased on my phone… everything i have done this week, gone… i also purchased 2 other packs, they are gone too… i used same username and same password to login on both my oneplus 7t pro ( rly good phone android ) and on my windows 11 pc… any help ??? im srsly i bought packs for almost 100 dollars this week on an account wich is bugged or something :frowning: how do i fix this ???

In situations like this is would be best to put in a ticket to account support as the community forums wouldn’t be able to assist with anything specific to your account. Click your name at the top right of this page, click support, then click contact support.

As for your issue itself, the likely scenarios here would be you have 2 different battle.net accounts, maybe with similar Battletags or you are logging into different regions. (Europe, Americas, Asia) Hearthstone does not share progress across regions and purchases cannot be transferred between them.
