I have re-downloaded the game after a 3 year break but it appears my cards and solo adventure purchases are gone. I can’t tell if this was a reset somehow or if it’s some other issue. Please help
I have the same issue on Android, and I played only last night. Don’t think the issue is due to reinstalling. The game worked fine one day, and the next it was hanging on startup, so I cleared the data, re-downloaded it and logged in. The next thing I saw was the tutorial missions.
Are you in the correct region when you start the game? You could be logging into one of the other regions.
I’ve tried the other regions but I’ve still got the same issue the region I use the the Americas if I try the other regions it just starts me off at the tutorial so I know I’m using the the right region but other stuff is gone
