One card should not counter an entire deck.
This needs to cost 9-10 mana or change it to consume the ‘lowest’ or the ‘highest’. There needs to be a definitive way to play around this card.
Trash designes like this are the reason you will NEVER get my money. No thought or balance it put in to anything.
if your entire deck revolves around one card, then yes, mutanus will counter you; it’s its purpose in life (no one would play it for tempo, even if it wouldn’t be that bad).
you keep many minions in your hand, if you feel you need to play around it.
If you are playing a combo deck, mutanus it’s the natural counter, so it will be your worst enemy even if you try to play around it

I mean if your deck all relies on one or 2 minions they heck yea mutanus should counter you … its so bad vs decks that run 5+ minions … it rarely hits the right one !!!

W/e deck you are playing, I’m sure I could easily craft a deck that would lose to it 100% of the time. Which would mean you are playing cards that counter my entire deck.
Leave Mutanus alone.
Mutanus: bane of hero quest players.
Players, some years from now: “I remember that murloc fella. Ate your opponents minions, caused quite the rage quits from them there quest players who didn’t play on their completed turn. HE-LAR-E-US!”
wait
why do you think quest players try to complete th equest and play it on the same turn…?
If you’re playing solitaire decks, yeah, he’s a real problem.
So is Dirty Rat. So are cards that mill you or make you overdraw. So is Shenanigans. You get my point…
He’s just one of many ways to disrupt combos.
