Yeah, that’s because this isn’t your typical Burgle Rogue. This is more like an aggro/tempo deck, and not a value deck. Rogue can stand toe to toe with Priest in the value game. But when Rogue starts going aggro/tempo, it has a harder time against Priest.
This Burgle Rogue isn’t greedy or looking at Value at all. And that’s good news for Priests. Now, the Burgle Rogue BEFORE this new version popped up, the one running the 5 mana spell and finding big minions like Tirion, etc, that deck DOES give Priest problems.
Elaborate. I personally agree with their nerfs almost always because they a) usually propose to nerf non-games and polarised things and b) at the same time do not propose to destroy wincons entirely, i.e. their vision still allows “combo” decks to exist.
How is this even a topic with quest warrior, otk demon hunter, celestial druid, quest lock, and the insane amount of tempo rogue generates still around? Mage gets a glimmer of a deck and “bUrN iT wItH FiRe.”
So many uninteractive decks around and you want to pick on this one.
Sad times.
OTK working as intended. They too are part of the balence. Learn to work around it if you can if not that’s okay not all decks can be beat as much as one want to it ot be. You will face decks you will not want to play against but that doesn’t mean to say its a toxic deck just to have it remove.
Also just played a rogue that had a 22/22 Edwin on turn 6 so please stop posting these “nerf insert mage deck here garbage”. I’m just assuming these are troll posts.
How about OTK Demon hunter? Quest lock? Garrote rogue?
I’d argue quest warrior is uninteractive as it’s just play whatever card you can and win.
Oh no just the one mage deck thats sub 50% win rate.
Y’all funny.
Lets just count the 30s of nerfs chopping up everything at the top and middle that can win a bit until miracle priest and quest priest and pally become unironic decks. 30 more nerfs ought to do it
