what videos are you referring to?
Right… So by your logic, if they knew ‘before opening your first pack’ why didn’t they change it back then and save themselves the extra work in the future?
Our brains are Quantum Entangled.
I posted that before his video dropped.
Sincerely?
At this point they knew nothing.
They will just continue to do balance patch after balance patch just because “people want” and there will be always a loser wanting something to change just because he lost a game and is sttuborn to not admit that it was his fault and not the game.
Atleast it will maintain the game fresh but be ready for a cost increase to keep with the metagame like never seen before.
The Meta may be healthy in terms of multiple viable decks, but in terms of class balance it is certainly not. The Meta is completely dominated by galakrond 6/12 of t1 and t2 decks are galakrond decks
The only hero class to even appear in the top tiers is Hunter.
Aside from that, this meta feels incredibly polarized. I can usually predict the result of a matchup as soon as I see the opposing portrait.
We are just playing rock, paper, scissors but 4 of the classes got tricked into showing their pick first.
The numbers look ok because we have op decks beating other op decks but when a group of decks is head and shoulders above the rest… It’s not a good meta.
I will say that it’s odd the nerfs are coming before the adventure adds new cards, that concerns me. I had assumed the adventure would contain big power spikes for the hero classes that had to spend the vast majority of uldum getting dumped on by evolve shaman only to find themselves dumped on by the entire league of evil for did. Releasing nerfs prior to new cards leads me to believe the new cards will be relatively balanced in power level, which is a little disappointing
What are “Hero” classes?
I’ve played off and on since release and i’m not really familiar with the concept.
Kind of a new thing for this year.
The League of EVIL represents rogue, warrior, warlock, shaman priest
The league of explorers represents mage, paladin, Hunter, and druid.
Depending on which side you fall under you get different mechanics this year.
Evil got lackeys, plagues, and galakrond
Explorers got twinspell, sidequest, and Highlander support
im expecting people to complain about blizzard being greedy if their nerfs to galak decks hit them too hard and decks without the free legendary in them end up taking the tier 1-2 spots
I expect people to complain no matter what but this expansion definitely feels like the galakrond classes are in a league of their own
isnt that i think the decks arent strong but not all of them
i cant think of a galak card from priest warlok or rogue that needs nerf
but warrior and shaman have dragon pack and the 3/2 rush one
im talking about "not deck killing nerfs "
Awesome. The cycle of release broken crap, craft cards to build decks, nerf broken cards to invalidate decks and result in blown dust continues.
I mean, who could have foreseen that a 7 mana card that summons FOUR 8/8s with rush AND equips a 5 mana weapon on one turn could have possibly been slightly overpowered.
As I keep saying, we need to test these cards out before it goes live. We should be calling the shot not blizzard since we are playing this game.
dont lie i checked the card doesnt summon 4 8/8 for 7 mana
the card must be really balanced for you to be forced to lie about it to make it look broken
Yeah it’s 4 8/8 for 9 if you run the quest that autocompletes with the galakrond package
Priest has subpar winrates against Mage, Rogue, Shaman, and Warlock so you might want to rethink Priest being OP.
the infamous shudderwock video is one example.
If they nerf some Galakrond cards it really feels like they will have to nerf at least something in the face hunter arsenal aswell. It feels like it would take over completely if they weaken the other decks up there.
That’s why these nerfs are a bad idea. They’re going to ruin a healthy meta and replace with a less diverse one with these unnecessary balance changes.
i think you are lying there is no video of them and the shape of the meta takes
as far as i know they cant predict popularity and there isnt a video of them showing predicting it and laughing about it before it happens
ok, so you ARE actually trying to say they didnt run millions of sims before release LMFAO…oh man the fanboys are the funniest.
