As the title states, I have completed the entirety of the TITANS rewards track but do not have a Signature Minotauren, which was the Level 30 track reward. I have every other reward from the track all the way to the final one at level 100, so I should have them. Customer Support is unable to grant it, and has directed me here.
In the other thread you said you disenchanted the card.

I did, but I was not supposed to be able to, and now I am missing it; but I am not supposed to be missing it according to CS

who said you was not supposed to be able to disenchant … that’s a lie or a old information
Starting with Patch 26.0, all Signature cards (even those from March of the Lich King) will also follow normal duplicate protection and be able to be disenchanted (but not crafted—we want them to still feel extra rare and special). Look for more details on the new and improved Signature cards in the 26.0 Patch Notes.

No, the card he is talking about could be disenchanted because of a bug.
This was fixed later and now this signature card can no longer be disenchanted but since he disenchanted it the card can no longer be gained now.
He completed the reward track and the card can’t be pulled from packs.

It’s missing because you disenchanted it. You didn’t think that was an important detail to mention?
No wonder blizz never posts here.
Blizzard support said I’m supposed to have it, and that they refunded it to people who disenchanted it while it was disenchantable, but I do not have it.
That’s the bug.
