Signature Minotauren is still bugged and missing from my collection and I’m supposed to have it.

Missing Signature Minotauren despite completing track

As the title states, I have completed the entirety of the TITANS rewards track but do not have a Signature Minotauren, which was the Level 30 track reward. I have every other reward from the track all the way to the final one at level 100, so I should have them. Customer Support is unable to grant it, and has directed me here.
