Missing second copy of malfurion's gift

BUG report: I encountered missing second copy of malfurion’s gift bug, I picked a New deck that included only one copy of the class’s “Gift” card (Malfurion’s Gift) causing didn’t get a second copy.

[Added 9/20] [Collection] Players who claim a new/returning player deck that includes only one copy of a Gift card only have that one in their Collection. The team is aware of this issue and expects to fix it in an upcoming patch.

I have not seen a notice to this being resolved yet

They did get this fixed up sometime in October, it sounds like you need to open a Whizbang pack.

[Collection] Fixed a bug where players who claimed a New/Returning Player deck that included only one copy of the class’s “Gift” card (Garrosh’s Gift/Malfurion’s Gift) didn’t get a second copy. After this fix, players who missed the card can get it granted to them for free by having a Whizbang’s Workshop pack and going to the pack opening screen.

I’ve already opened ten whizbang packs now, it doesn’t gave me the remaining gift cards, also notice system does not gave me gift cards for all other heroes. This is annoying since after the recent patch, I need to switch to play warriors decks, but no gift cards makes it unplayable

In that case, I have no idea. I’d recommend opening up a ticket with support, they should be able to get that fixed up for you.
