Hey, I pre-bought 55 packs 1 day ago on amazon (amazon coins) but I still did not receive yet my packs. Any ideas why ?

You mean your missing the packs or the gold? I don’t know if you were allowed to buy the pre-order with gold or not, but I don’t think you were able to buy pre-packs since I was looking for that before launch to buy packs with gold.

I haven’t done it for almost a year and a half, but if you bought Amazon coins. You can use them in hearthstone through the amazon app. This means you don’t download hearthstone from battle.net to your phone, you download hearthstone app from the Amazon app store that you can find on google store.

From hearthstone that is downloaded from the amazon app store, there you can trade the amazon coins for hearthstone gold. Then you can either buy the packs from there or you can choose to logout of that app. Return to the original hearthstone from battle.net and use the gold there on.

I bought the packs with the amazon coins (on the amazon app), then I downloaded HS via amazon app and i pre-ordered the 55 packs offer on HS app (the one I downloaded via amazon app)
But currently, I did not receive any packs ( I received the invoice on my mails)

Hmm. Right after you bought the 55 packs with gold, those packs should have been in your “Open Packs” inventory right away. If was Ashes of Outland, it should have had a ribbon around those packs saying it can be opened when. If those packs were from some other card set you should’ve been able to see them in the inventory and open them right away.

Did you check your “Open Packs” inventory for the packs right after you bought them? If not and if they aren’t there now, I have no idea what to do. Never had this happen to me yet.

Right after I bought the offer, I did not see any packs waiting for me in the “open pack inventory”
Do you think I should call Amazon or send a request to blizzard ?

No reason why you can’t contact both.

Probably. Like Madmax said, “Both”.
In this case a regular Amazon employee might not know how this works, but they can check if your transaction ever went through.
Blizzard on the other may understand since they have had no problems with players buying Amazon coins. But…, they don’t really take responsibility on what happens to buyers from Amazon.

Blizzard doesnt care unless is involves actually money going into thier wallet. Thats all the have and will ever care about. People are better off boycotting the company entirely its just a massive disgrace to the entire gaming industry. If I had the skills, knowledge, and resource I’d make my own company and then remove blizzard from the industry by giving it players base great games and services with being money hungry. Im sure everyone would ditch this joke of game company for one that genuinely cares about its games and its player base. Hearthstone is the worst card game in the free to play market. You’re better off playing something else. Blizzard games are a gigantic waste of people’s time and hard earned money.

I contacted Amazon, they could not help me and told me to deal with Blizzard. Still waiting for them an answer to my request …
