Missing Outlands cards (trying to get black temple coin)

I just spent 30,000 dust, played through the Outlands Demon Hunter prologue and still only have 126/135 Outlands cards. There are none showing to be crafted that I didnt.

I only play arena and just want the coin, how do I get these last 9 cards…?

You should be able to go into your achievements to find out which classes and rarities are missing complete collections, that might help narrow things down. It’s hard to tell what’s happening without more information
