Mercenaries Button On Main Menu Does Nothing

I’m on the main menu and I can see the Mercenaries button, but whenever I click on the button, nothing happens! Help??

Ya, this seems to be the theme today.

Game freezes after wins during tutorial, buttons don’t work, can’t open the packs etc

I cant open it either, click on the game mode in the main menu and nothing happens.

Same issue here. It is highlighted, and acts like I click the button, but nothing happens. I have installed/re-installed and tried multiple things but I cannot get it to initiate. All other buttons and modes work, but not Mercenaries. I’ve been trying to get in all day and the same issues persists.

Same. I’m not sure why its doing that… I uninstalled/reinstalled as well… still does it.

I am un able to build a mercenary cart. This is some bull.

I have my 15 packs, can’t open them.

Mercenaries Mode is still greyed out with COMING SOON

Currently reinstalling, but I fear it wont work

Same here, can’t play Mercenaries. I uninstalled the game - wiped the directories, re-installed. Nothing changed.

Everything else in Hearthstone works fine - Mercenaries button is “live” on the main menu, but all clicking on it does is make the activation noise. No errors, no crash dialog, just click-click-click nothing. Multiple packs stuck in my inventory that are un-openable because I can’t do the tutorial, because Mercenaries won’t start.

Almost same here. When I click the Mercenaries button, it looks like it starts loading but nothing happens and after about 10-15 sec it kicks me out saying that I am offline. WTF, i am not offline 100% I was on the discord call with a friend and had not have any interruptions.

Same! Can’t open packs after tutorial and to go play more its blank…

Absolutely the same issue as topicstarter wrote. I click Mercenaries button - nothing happens.

I found a kind of work around. I started the game on my phone and the Mercenaries button worked and the tutorial started. I played it a little and then closed it. Now I can open it up on my PC.

So annoying :frowning: , uninstall/reinstall doesn’t work. I am not able to play it even for once. The Mercenaries button is highlighted and welcoming there yet broken.

Any update on this? i have 105 packs that i cant open for the same issue.
Is there a way to make a ticket or request a refund?

I got through the first part , brought the bundle pack got too the tavern and have only one card , I have 14 decks and can’t do anything !!! and no support too help with this problem. where is the support team at ???

I finally got Mercenaries to launch on my desktop. I had to load Hearthstone on my Android phone, play Mercenaries until I had completed the first barrens segement and got the WoW mount reward.

When I went back to desktop and tried to start Mercenaries it popped right open even though the game version hasn’t changed and there’s been no announced hotfixes in-between attempts

Still can’t open any of my packs yet, haven’t figured out why yet.*

*EDIT: Turns out I hadn’t gone into the quest board and claimed the reward for the first tutorial mission, after that - cake was had.
