Menu Bugged and Can't play on PC

A couple days ago I was joining a game, but exited the queue a few seconds in; then my Hearthstone crashed, and I relaunched it and I was in game, but I couldn’t play anything and the turns didn’t progress.
I was able to login in on mobile, and it was normal, not in a game, and I could play.

Now when I login on PC, it takes me to the main screen, but “Hearthstone” is grayed out, there is no other game modes option, and it won’t let me click on any of the menu option (such as battlegrounds, mercenaries, open packs, and my collection)- the only things I can do are open friend list (which doesn’t have my name or any friends listed) and options.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no success. Am still able to play on mobile, but after a day or two the problem on PC still hasn’t sorted out

This sounds like the game isn’t fully connecting or loading your account data. I recommend to troubleshoot the connection following the steps Here.

Before playing clear the game’s cache:

  • Press Windows key + R
  • Type %localappdata%
  • Click OK
  • Delete the Blizzard folder
  • Open the “Go” Menu
  • Navigate to the Library folder
  • Open Preferences then the Blizzard folder
  • Delete the Hearthstone folder
  • Close the folder and retest the game.
