Mechanic question

When does “summoning sickness” fall off.
Playing a control priest and I’m having issues on what to take and when sometimes cause of this.

Mentally I’m playing it comes off at the start of the turn of the player who played it. The animation falls off at the end of the turn though, but sometimes when I take them I can’t use them. What’s up?

Edited questions

When does summoning sickness fall off?

What taking control of cards are exceptions to this?
I have alot of them.

How many effects still trigger on the original players turn even after being taken?
Example doomsayer.

Why am I getting rando bugs yet? And why am I seeing warlocks that are playing so many second class cards without discovery or other adding effects. (dual class event is over can’t try to justify like that.) Added card effects, such as tolliwaggles scheme removing the minion from the battlefeild? Wtf? I don’t catch them all cause I expect the system to enforce them correctly.

At the beginning of your next turn.

Those which let you control a minion till the end of your turn. Though it is not written explicitly (HS cards have much less space for text than MtG ones) such spells give the minion “charge” this turn.

Start of the controlling player’s turn.

Temporary take control always (also) gives temporary charge. This overrides summoning sickness.
Pemanent take control always gives summoning sickness, no matter how long the minion has been in play already.

None, as far as I know.
You mention doomsayer as your example, but doomsayer triggers at the start of the controlling player’s turn. (A nice way to clear a mage’s board with no counterplay is to play a Doomsayer when you suspect they have a Mirror Entity secret out - it summons a Doomsayer for them too, and that one triggers at the start of their turn).

I recommend installing a tool such as hsdecktracker (https://hsreplay.net/downloads/). It can capture all your games and save them for later review at hsreplay.net. You can use this to review a game later, for instance to track where a card came from if you missed it, or to review your choices and see what you could have done better, which improves your gameplay. And if you do encounter an actual bug, then you can include the link to the replay when you report it at the bug report forum (which is at https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/c/bug-report).
The examples you mention would, if you didn’t miss anything, indeed be actual bugs. And I have not seen any of them reported previously on the bug report forum. So either you are very unlucky to run into all these rare bugs, or you missed some interactions that would have explained what happened.

Thank you. All the info I needed, royally degrades the value of a card
