Mage can do it too, in fact mage has 2 decks that can kill you in turn 5. Well pally too.

Is this in wild? or Standard? If it’s wild it happens, however, I have yet to see this in Standard, and if this is the case, your opponent would have had really great card draw for this to happen in Standard, and I don’t imagine that this would be something you would run into often.
